Sherlock : The Pipe Smoking Genius

Mysteries and Thrillers have always been my favorite genre to read. The constant desire to know what's going to happen next is what keeps me hooked always!!

And while talking about mysteries how can I not mention detective plots which is framed around the various mysterious atmosphere to be solved by the detectives with their unique ways. There have been so many detectives skilled in resolving any riddle. Out of so many to choose from as each of them are uniquely perfect in doing their job, my absolute favorite has to be (you already know by the title)

The high-functioning sociopath a.k.a the one and only "SHERLOCK HOLMES". His unique ways of out of the box observation makes his stand out among the bests.

His character is so enigmatic and full of unsolved mysteries which makes himself more interesting and appealing to me.

One can never get bored or uninterested while reading him. Either way on pages or screen he has a way of piercing into our mind.

He had this skill of reading people in seconds from top to bottom starting from what they had in breakfast to where they have been and what 'pet' they have which baffles others. That's just one instance why I LOVE HIM. The fact that he can actually solve some cases without even going to the scene is incredibly cool to come across.

Even if SHERLOCK is a fictional character he never seemed any less than a living genius on 221b BAKER STREET.

Sherlock is also an avid reader which explains his profound knowledge on every field starting from literature to science. John H. Watson was his companion and best friend (not that he had many friends) who would always be perplexed by Sherlock's wit.

Holmes notices the things which people generally don't and then using his excellent creative imagination comes up with the best answers. Another important trait that Sherlock has was his being master in the 'art of disguise'. He was so good at that even Watson wouldn't be able to recognize him sometimes.

The pipe smoking genius also had a love for music and would play violin in his free time.

BENNEDICT CUMBERCUTCH had done such an incredible job in portraying Sherlock. To me, he was the perfect out of everyone who played him.

His high intelligence to solve any case with such calmness starting from small theft to murder and the various aspect of his character stands out to me than any other fictional character which is why I he is and will always be my favorite fictional detective.

If you haven't read or watch his series yet, you really are missing out on a masterpiece!!
