Shh..Right Behind You

For the night is dark and full of terrors.
Since the very childhood, the kids are told about how horrifying the nights are, how demonic the peepal tree is, how evil the 3 am tic is.

But have you ever thought why? Have you ever thought why the spirits are so powerful in the night? Have you ever thought why the demonic activities are at peek at 3am? Have you ever thought why would 3 knocks in night might run a chill down the spine of a man?

All of it might sound very stupid but that smirk on your face while reading this might just disappear and never come back again if you ever happen to face the demon which you surely will sooner or later.

Have you ever sensed or felt that you are being constantly watched over by a pair of eyes, eyes which don’t blink just constantly stare you.

Or have you ever sensed footsteps following you? Someone following you right behind you without a gap of even an inch?

Or have you ever felt that the air around you suddenly turns dead cold?

If you have, Alas! A devil has been around you for quite a sometime now.

There have been so many tales about the possession of human bodies or about the voices being heard from the castles, or the hostels built on the graveyards or witch hunting lands. All of them are different and some might not scare you but one thing that is common between all of them is the fact that the souls of people remain trapped there, desperately finding a way to escape, or some might just be waiting for a body to possess and you might be the one for some.

The monuments, the burnt down factories, the abandoned castles, the remains of forts, the faraway vacant lands, the howling of the dogs, the dead silence of the nights, the endless dark hours, the loud voices, the screams and the cry, the desperation to leave and the need to possess mark their presence.

I don’t know if you believe in their existence or not but I surely do, for how can I deny my own existence.
