Women have been suppressed in every culture, religion and society since immemorial time and were forced to remain implicit when they ever tried to raise their voices against any injustice. Accordingly, feminism as a movement, in seeking to create equality for women in the social, political, economic and occupational spheres, is laudable. There is no ethical or moral reason to keep women away from their basic rights. They have an equal right to vote, to be educated, to get all health benefits, get paid fairly (the same as men) etc. This is what a compassionate and positive feminism is all about.
Today’s feminist movement is more diverse than ever before. Feminism has become more attentive to the wider range of experiences of those oppressed by gender norms and stereotypes, including men, and trans people. There’s also huge outspoken way that racism, anti-religious beliefs, disablism or homophobia work with sexism, creating complex forms of preconceptions and oppression.
Women should try to work out their own ideas of feminism, feminism has a identifying perspective:

Feminism aspires for equality of outcome. It is Some thing which can not be achieved without any social pressure as men and women are different biologically and in their inclinations and they shouldn't be treated distinguishably. God has made both of it's children equally and they should be treated equally.
