Water

Since you know, dry mouth causes bad mouth so the best that you can do to prevent your mouth from drying is water. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water on a daily basis to prevent bad breath. It is actually the saliva present in the mouth that doesn't allow bacteria to grow, hence preventing bad breath.

Milk

Drinking milk after every meal or during every meal that you think contains odorous ingredients like garlic or onion can actually help you with the bad breath. Also, this is the most trusted method as it is scientifically proven.

Orange

Orange is good for your dental hygiene. This is because of vitamin C that is present in it. Vitamin C helps in increasing the saliva present in the mouth, which eventually helps in washing away the harmful bacteria, preventing bad breath.

Apples(raw) are scientifically proven to prevent bad breath. They can prevent smell as bad as of garlic. It is because of some compounds that are present in it which neutralise the compounds present in garlic, preventing bad breath.

Fennel seeds

The amount of chlorophyll that this leafy vegetable contains is tremendous. Because of the same reason, it can be used as a remedy for bad breath.
