Here is how to make your own oat milk at home:

1 cup steel-cut oats

3 cup filtered water

Mix them and let them soak for at least 20 minutes then rinse and drain.

Take soaked oats

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/4 tbsp cinnamon

1/4 tbsp sea salt

3 cups filtered water

Blend it up then pour and strain, it takes a couple minutes to strain completely. Repeat blending and straining 2-3 times until it's consistency gets thick and smooth. You are ready with your oat milk!
