An MBA (Masters in Business Administration) is an internationally recognised degree designed to develop skills required in a career that revolves around business and management. The degree is widely considered to be essential for people who are targeting top C-level management posts. An MBA degree opens up many doors to vast alumni networks, top-tier internships, and the very best managerial positions. It can also serve as the trigger needed by those who want to seriously pursue a business venture. High pay packages are undoubtedly one of the most significant benefits of an MBA, which reinforces the statement that getting an MBA degree is a lucrative long-term investment.

One of the major reasons why students get attracted towards MBA after graduation is campus placement in top companies with a lucrative package. Salary is one of the factors that impress both the parents as well as students equally. So, when looking for a perfect MBA college to get a management degree, it is important to check the placement records. When you visit the websites of different colleges, you will find all of them claiming to offer 100% placement and past records of placement in top companies. But as a wise choice, you should not trust those claims blindly as colleges in this market where education has also become a business, use placement as a tool to entice students.

Most of the top 20 MBA colleges in both the government and the private sector mostly come from IIMs.
