Today's children are tomorrow’s citizens. When a child is born, he would be anxious to view and experience so many things around him. The first smile of a child is the symbol of hope and happiness to the new world. So, it is our duty to safeguard their right and protection within the society. But today children are facing many social issues and their right to freedom is prohibited in many ways.

Child labour and child marriage are equally connected. It has same results and consequences. One of the worst forms of child labour is child marriage itself. Both are actually heinous crimes that are done to the children under the age of 18 years. With this system, we are not only violating their rights but aslo exploiting them wholly. This kind of practice is mainly prevalent among the rural areas. The main cause is poverty. In the present world, we cannot trust anyone. A child has to even give up their own careers to the society in the name of such practices. They act all kinds of immoral things to make their life safe and secured.

Actually, poverty is not the only reason for child labour and child marriage. Today people have gotten addicted to crude beliefs, customs, practices and conventions etc. So, they send their children for these crimes without considering their age, health, education, rights or anything. These can cause a high defect to their growing age. They would be exposed to physical and sexual abuse, injury and illness, poor education and schooling, and violation of freedom to enjoy like other children. Girls are brutally harassed more with this kind of system. They are trafficked and sold to different countries with the name of child labour and child marriage. These are existing practices in the present world. How can we save these children? Government must carry out certain laws against these systems and bring those criminals before law. We should save our children and enhance them to do proper education and get liberty.

Children must know about the world and how to meet a goal and aim in their life. Some children also tend to turn into thieves and criminals when they are deprived of the basic amenities in life. It is not the mistake of a child alone; the whole society is responsible for it. Because they don't know what is right and wrong. They have brought up as like so. They cannot be made perfect later on. So people must act against such practices and make our children good citizens and give them the right to choose their future.
