Skincare has been developed over the years in many ways.
Facial skin care is all about taking care of our face such that whenever we look up to the mirror it gives us a rejuvenated feeling. It encourages us to take care of our skin even more. Inclusion of a skincare routine in our daily lives is a major step but following few other minor steps also can make our skin feel and look better. Skincare is not just confined to women but also can be followed by men. Facial skin is the sensitive skin which should be taken care gently. Maintaining your skin being a blemish less face, acne less is very difficult especially with the pollution in our environment.

  • CUT DOWN ON MILK PRODUCTS

Intake of more and more milk and other dairy products may increase the generation of acne. Processed milk and refined milk products are the major cause to acne on facial skin rather than the non-refined milk. Dairy products like cottage cheese,processed cheese are not likely to me used very often.

  • ALWAYS STAY HYDRATED AND CONTROL THE HEAT

Staying hydrated always does give us impeccable results on our facial skin. Always staying hydrated is not just drinking lots of water but also eating fruits that contain high percentage of water. Also intake of infused waters does keep us hydrated. Being hydrated decreases blemishes,reduces acne rapidly and also gives our skin a glow which is radiant.

Eating healthy can also reduce the heat generated inside our body cause eating fatty foods always increase the temperature in our body and give us acne prone and unhealthy skin.

  • SPA TREATMENTS

Often pampering your skin is a great treatment where spa uses only natural ingredients to make your skin look young and radiant. Taking a spa treatment twice or thrice a month increases circulation which gives your skin very glowy feel.

  • UV CREAMS OR SUNSCREENS

Sunscreens are always a must when you go out into the sun cause exposing our skin especially our facial skin directly to the sun may cause harshness. UV rays that fall directly on us harm our facial skin without a sunscreen. Sunscreens with atleast of SPF 30 should be used based on the type of our skin.

  • NATURAL FACE PACKS

Using few naturals face packs always does not harm our skin which also do not have any side effect. Always using naturals face packs and scrubs is the best way to avoid artificial packs. We can use turmeric face pack for bright skin, yoghurt face mask for glowy skin,tomato to increase the complex,aloe vera for natural moisture.

These are a few tips that we can include in our daily routines. We should also be careful when we touch our face with our fingers such that nails doesnot come in contact with pimple which causes alot of infection to pass on. We should also not touch our face with dirty hands.

Whenever you apply packs or creams always try to use your ring finger and your little finger to massage into the face as they are soft than other fingers.

Also while sleeping try to knot your hair such that it does not touch your face causing acne. Always use clean pillow sheets while sleeping cause dirty pillowcase may also give rise to acne. Clean your face whenever before you apply cream or a face pack.

These are few tips and tricks that will help you have a bright,glowy and radiant skin.
