The number of hours we have in a day, also Bill Gates and other successful person have in a day. It totally depends on us how we utilize 24hr of the day that is gifted to us. Time Management is one of the best tricks to schedule our work and also manage accordingly.

Here are some tips for Time Management-

1. Establish Routine

Though, Routine sound boring and monotonous but they are also one of the most proven and efficient ways to ensure that you are getting a lot more done. If we have set morning routine so when we wake up we know exactly what are the things we need to do like doing exercise, going for a walk or reading book etc.

Similarly, if we have set night routine we know what exactly to do our mind will not have to waste time and think what next step should be, and eventually, we will able to get lot more done. If you are somebody who does this regularly then congrats you are on the right track. But if you are somebody who doesn't then what you have to do is just note down the things on phone, laptop or in a diary that you want to do that day like-

  • Going for a walk

  • Writing blog

  • Study

2. Plan and prioritize task

Every time we have long listed things to do our mind get really tired just by looking at the number of things that we have in our list. So what become important at this point is to prioritize and figure out what has to be done on an urgent basis. So once you have listed the to-do list prioritize our task which is important and urgent first and then list not so urgent task. This way you can get done with all your important task of the day.

3.Calendar Blocking System

Just as the name suggests is a way of blocking our calendar by all the things we have to do. For example-

We already have the idea clearly written in our mind that 2'o clock is for a particular meeting and 4'o clock for watching Netflix. But, Image if we block our entire day for all the activities we have to do. Calender blocking is simple to practice that most successful people follow all over the world. What they do is they block every single hour of the day for whatever activity they have to do even if it is a simple activity like sleeping or watching Netflix. This way we will have a clear vision of how we spend our 24hr.

4. Reward Yourself

It's important to get a lot of things done, but it also important for you to remain productive throughout the day. But we only remain productive when we are taking enough breaks otherwise, we will have a burnout. So for rewarding ourselves take enough break and also we can give a treat to ourselves, as a reward after completing a particular task which will keep us motivated.
