How many times do we speak negative sentences in a day? Do we aware of the impact of negative words on us? Does it really impact us? well, the answer is "yes". Negative thoughts and even negative people have a great impact on us in a negative way. The positive and negative thoughts have equal power but in different ways, positive thoughts have positive power and a positive impact on us whereas negative thoughts have negative power and negative impact on us." we are the sum of total of our own thought".

How does it work?

We have told since childhood to be positive in every situation, but no one told us the reason behind that. Well, let discuss in detail the power of positive thinking and it impacts on our life. Suppose, if you always repeat a negative statement like I am a loser or I can't do this work etc, then slowly these negative sentences start storing in your mind and after some time your brain accept that negative statements that you are really a loser and can't do anything and brain starts functioning in the negative ways and always make you feel that you are a loser, as you have only programmed your brain in a negative way.

"Never finish the negative statement reverse it immediately and wonders will happen in your life". This means if you are willing to say as you are a loser and can't do anything, so reverse the statement(in positive way) and say I am a winner and I will definitely to it, I am the best etc just do this always when your mind strike with negative thoughts about you and within some time you will really feel the change in your life, this is not wondering but this is the power of positive thinking.

A person having a positive attitude always attract the eye of others. Positive person personality is so positive and attractive that everyone likes to talk to this kind of people as they share a positive attitude, strong will power and confidence. Every successful personality has these qualities, that's why they take a risk and due to there positivity and will power they manage to achieve everything they want.

How to implemente it in our life

If you think you are a person with a negative mindset or you just can't able to get rid of negative thoughts, the best way is by practising affirmation(positive saying). The best time for affirmation is early morning and at night(before sleep) because our mind is more powerful in these times. For affirmation what you have to do is just write the positive statement(not in future tense) on a paper like-

  • I am the best.

  • I never give up.

  • I spend my day productive.

  • I love myself.

  • I am a hard worker.

Repeat each sentence 5 times and feel it as that you are really the best. Don't just repeat the sentence so that your mind will take it as fake thought. Give it a try, you will find positive changes in your life that will lead to positive personality, confidence, will power etc. "Change your thoughts and you will change your destiny."
