It gets really exhausting, coping up with everything in this pacing life we lead. Our jobs, college assignments, exams, internships, something or the other is there to keep all the tabs of our brains open and that's just enough to drain us out.

With all this bustle in our lives, taking care of our skin and body hygiene is the last thing that comes to our minds, but when it does it stresses us out even more. Not only do we neglect it but also we somehow tend to make it worse. But there are a few ways through which you can maintain good hygiene and skin-care on a daily basis that are enough to keep you going with confidence. Here are a few hacks that you can use in day to day life that saves both time as well as money.

1.GREEN TEA ICE CUBES:
Don't you hate it when you wake up with your face all puffy and bloated in the morning? Using Ice Cubes on your face gives you a perfect start for the day. Green tea ice cubes do the job even better as they contain antioxidants that are known to reduce inflammation and puffiness under the eyes. Caffeine present in the green tea also helps in shrinking the open pores and reducing the darkness under the eyes.

2. DIY FACE STEAMER:
A good face steamer costs around 2000-4000Rs, and spending that amount seems pretty useless when you can do it yourself with minimum equipment. All you need to do it boil some water, pour it in a bowl and add a few drops of essential oils of your choice ( Like Peppermint or Eucalyptus oils) and let the steam moisturise your face for 4-5 minutes. This pretty much does the trick of opening your pores and loosening the toxins.

3. SWEATY FEET:
Let's be honest, no one likes to hang around people who smell of feet and what's even worse is to BE that person. Rubbing or exfoliating your feet with lemon juice helps them stay fresh. If you have a much severe problem try soaking your feet in diluted apple cider vinegar before going out. Keeping your shoes fresh is also important to maintain healthy feet. Sprinkle baking powder in your shoes at night and dump it out before wearing it. This helps in drying out excess sweat and maintaining the pH balance.

4. T-SHIRT FOR DRYING HAIR:
Using cotton t-shirts instead of towels for drying out hair after shampooing is a power hack for people with frizzy hair. Along with using hair serums, they should consider trying this out.

5. NATURAL TONERS:
Skin toners are most helpful for people with oily or acne-prone skin. They basically help in balancing out the pH of the skin. People who don't want to spend extra money or who are sensitive to cosmetic products can try using natural toners like Rose Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chamomile Tea toner, Ginger mint toner are many more.

6. COCONUT OIL :
Coconut oil has the best uses when it comes to skin or hair care. Along with its moisturising properties, it can also be used as a natural deodorant to control body odour. Coconut oil can also act as a perfect makeup remover. You can use a cotton bud and coconut oil to remove eyeliner residue.

7. LIP BALM HACK:
Lip balm is every girl's best friend and is always handy. But there are many other uses for a lip balm than to just keep your lips moisturised. 1. You can run a tiny amount of lip balm through your hair to tame away flyaways or baby hair. 2. You can get a nice glow by dabbing lip balm on your cheek as a highlighter.

8. SUN- DAMAGED SKIN:
Fruits like Oranges, Kiwi and strawberries are rich sources of Vitamin C that can help the skin to reverse the skin damage, prevent wrinkles and sagging. They also help in stimulating collagen production which is great for both skin and hair.

9. EGG-SQUISITE HACK:
Egg masks can do wonders on the skin as well as hair. And you will not regret trying this one out. Eggs can be used with many other ingredients like coconut oil, aloe vera, banana etc depending on the purpose. For hair: Helps in hair growth, treating damaged hair, regaining the shine.

For skin: Tightening up the skin

10. HYDRATION:
With summers arriving, and the temperature rising up, your body requires more water because of sweating all day long. There is no better hack for skin, hair or health than to stay hydrated. Start by making it a habit and you will see some difference within a week.

These hacks can really help you out in setting out a nice low-key beauty regime. Even though you don't face as many skin problems, it's never too early to start taking care of your skin. And if you've come this far, there's a bonus hack for you: Be Confident In Who You Are. Because as they say "Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself".
