Summer season is all about having fun and chilling with friends and family but due to heat strokes and UV rays our skin are getting damaged.
So what to do and how to repair ,regain our skin.
First and the most important thing is to drink a lot of water minimum 8 glass in a day.It will keep us hydrated all day andpurify our skin .
Tip no 2 ,you should always rub potato peel after coming from outside .It will remove all the tan on the face and hands.
Also use a natural way to wash your face daily instead of using chemical face wash like you can use lemon juice ,tomato peels or orange peel .
You can also make some home mask.Let the peel of orange and apple get dry in sun ,then make powder of the peels in the mixer and apply the paste as a face mask.This is the best home remedy I'm doing till now.
Cucumber which we call "kheera" in hindi is also very important for skin. It is high in vitamins and minerals and improves yourskin, leaving it rejuvenated.It remove all kind of redness and blemishes due to sun rays.
Mix the cucumber pulp with rose water and leave it for 10 min and rinse it with cold water.
Another natural way is rubbing ice on your face but not directly always use ice in a hankerchief and then rub on the face for 2-5 min.Then rinse it off.
These are the most important remedies which everyone should follow.
All the remedies are tried by me ,so no need to worry .Following these natural way will keep your skin glowing and rejuvenated always.
And not to forget these all methods can be used by both the genders.
If your skin has major problem with UV rays then you can use a mild sunscreen cream .
