After the hustle-bustle of the week, weekend is truly the time to take care of yourself and enjoy.I truly believe that weekend is the time to relax and chill. But, if we follow a certain routine over the weekend, we can become more organized and productive.We all have plans for the weekend which includes watching a movie, Netflix and partying with friends. Apart from planning for our entertainment, we should also plan for the week ahead systematically so that in the coming week we can do all our activities properly. It doesn't take you much time instead you will be more organized and relaxed. The coming week be much more productive. So, here are five things to do on weekends to make the week ahead organized and productive.
(1)Skin Care- I personally believe that skin care routine should be followed daily. But there are some who can't indulge in daily skin care routine because they are so busy with their work. So on weekends, we should give a little more attention to our skin because our skin is also wants to be pampered. I suggested face mark should be applied to your face. The face mask should be choosen according to skin your type. Face masks are hydrating and moisturizing. The face mask will make your skin bright and healthy.
(2) Reading- Reading is a good habit that makes you wise, witty, knowledgeable and helps to be updated about what's going on in the world. The ones who love reading should definitely spare sometime over the weekend to read. The ones who are beginners and want to inculcate the habit of reading should read some pages over the weekend.This habit will ensure that you get used to reading and eventually you can incorporate in your daily routine.
(3) Planning and ironing your Clothes- It is good to organize your day because it will definitely make you happy. The important work that comes over the weekend is managing your clothes. You can easily manage your clothes by ironing them. You can properly organize them in your cupboard. The ironed clothes occupy less space and also make your cupboard look tidy and arranged. It also saves time to look around for clothes in dirty piles of clothes every day and ironing them in the morning.
(4)Digital Detox- Digital detox is my favourite weekend routine. Our life revolves so much aroundinternet and social media that we cannot stay away from internet and mobile phone even for an hour. We hardly make time to meet people and go outside and surround ourselves with natural beauty. Digital detox will makes us more connected with life and we will feel more rejuvenated and fresh.
(5)Meal Preparation- Nowadays everyone eats fast food because no one has time to cook food. Fast food is not healthy for our bodies. So, it is also important to plan your meal for the week. You should also plan groceries accordingly and buy them to save time during the week.Meal preparation also includes refilling the pantry, shop grocery for missing ingredients and marinating non-vegetation item. This will encourage you to cook meals and you will not consume fast food.
So these are some habits that will make your life simple and organized. I totally agree that we should go to a movie, Netflix and have a party with friends on weekends, but the above mentioned habits will make your life much more organized and you will become more productive
