In this present generation every one would prefer following a posh culture. Posh here means to do what others do and to eat what others eat and they are so foolish as they consider it as a trend. If someone goes to a restaurant and uploads a picture of what they ate. Then later others will also follow suit. They just do some things out of prestige and thats how it influenced some people to follow a non -vegetarian diet! ( not all but few ).

We live in a carnistic society. Carnism is the invisible belief system, or ideology, that conditions people to eat certain animals. So if someone comes along and wants to follow the concepts of veganism, there’s going to be backlash. Not just the curious “But what can you eat?” or “How do you live without cheese?", not even excuses like “I could never be so strong and do that” and “Good for you, I respect your choice but everyone is different” are the worst. More often than not, people suddenly turn into nutritionists and tell you that you’ll be very sick and exhausted soon from missing out on all of the important nutrients found in animal products.

It is very difficult for a vegan to survive in this so called Non-vegetarian society as people of those community have a degrading look on the persons eating only vegetarian. They feel its all about leaves and food with no taste. Heard this statement many times but it's that leaves only which the goat eats and inturn goes into the stomach of individuals indirectly through goat :p Sounds weird? May be! But what if the goat thinks in the same way? What if the hen thinks in the same way? when human beings eat them and their eggs not letting their eggs hatch! (not allowing the chicks / chickens to see the world ).

The other different kinds of vegans are as follows :-

Vegans ( total vegetarians ):- Do not eat meat, poultry, fish, or any products derived from animals, including eggs, dairy products, and gelatin.

Lacto - ovo vegetarians:- Do not eat meat, poultry, or fish, but do eat eggs and dairy products.

Lacto vegetarians :-Eat no meat, poultry, fish, or eggs, but do consume dairy products.

Ovo vegetarians :- Eat no meat, poultry, fish, or dairy products, but do eat eggs.

Partial vegetarians :-Avoid meat but may eat fish (pesco-vegetarian, pescatarian) or poultry (pollo-vegetarian).

There are so many varieties of vegetarian foods than non vegetarian and are so tasty too . See below :)

The vegan life will be ahealthy life as there is no violence involved (I mean murdering the goats and hens ). The calories are also way less in vegetarian foods than in non -vegetarian foods. Once think about those innocent faces of goats and hens before you eat them. Feeling sad ? Yeah thats the sad reality. All you can do is stop eating non -veg items. It will not only make the goats and hens happy but it also helps you in having a healthy life. It's high time ! so lets do this together aren't they deserved to be happy same like us ? Give it a thought. !
