College Essentials For Girls

It's just a little bag but we feel naked in public without it ; don't we?

Within a couple of months your colleges would start. It is going to be a whole new feeling. You all would be excited, nervous, frightened all at the same time. You would meet a lot of strangers ,make new friends and pretty much enjoy your independent life.

Needless to say ,it's not easy being a girl but if you pack these essentials in your backpack you should be covered for whatever life throws at you.

Getting the right stuff in your bag can help u get through the day smoothly.

Hence I have curated a list of minimal essential items every girl must carry in her college bag-

1. Notebook and pen

Ofcourse you need a notebook and a pen in your backpack after all we are going to the college right? I would suggest you to carry a 5 in 1 binder notebook as it is way better than carrying 5-6 different notebook for each subject.

2. Tiffin and bottle

Yes, you heard it right. I know in college you start getting pocket money so you like to have food from the canteen but nothing can beat satisfaction u get from "maa ke hath ka khana" and ya it's super tasty and healthy.

Having a water bottle is an absolute essential. No matter what the weather is, it is really important to keep your body hydrated.

3. Wallet

It is always advisable to carry a wallet with your cards, some loose cash and your college ID ; so that you don't have to dig into your bag everytime you try to find these stuffs. This will save a lot of your time and energy.

4. Scarf

Do I need to even explain you how important is it to carry a scarf? It not only protects u from the harsh rays of the sun but also most of the places these days are air conditioned be it cafe , malls or hospital. A cozy scarf will make u feel warm. Try to carry a light weight scarf, so that your bag doesn't feel bulky.

5. Sunglasses

Even your eyes need protection from UV rays, dust and pollution. Therefore make sure to carry a good pair of sunglasses with uv sheild.

6. Phone/Laptop and charger

These days none of us can do without our electronic gadgets. So make sure to carry your phone/laptop along with its charger.

7. Earphones

Earphones come really handy while you are travelling. You can watch movies and enjoy your favourite song without disturbing the people around you.

8. Portable charger

Usually colleges have long working hours. So if you run out of your battery . Portable charger can come to the rescue in case of an emergency.

9. Wet wipes

We keep on munching some or the other snacks and our hands become dirty and sticky. If you don't have water around; one can always use wet wipes to clean their hands.

10. Sanitizer

Not all public toilets have access to soap. Even if they have it they are usually in worse conditions. So having a sanitizer always comes in handy.

11. Perfume/ deo

If you smell good, everyone likes to be around you. Moreover the unbearable heat makes you sweat a lot. So to avoid any bad odour always carry a perfume or deo whatever u prefer but make sure to have the travel size version.

12. Emergency kit

It is very important to have this kit ready in your bag. This will help you tackle so many problems in your day to day life.

This is what you should have in your kit-

• Bobby pins and elastic band

- incase you plan on changing your hairstyle.

• Safety pins

- to fix those wardrobe malfunctions

• Vaseline

- to keep your lips and skin moisturized

• Chocolates

-to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings;-)

• Small umbrella

-what if it rains?
