This thought of people in India "sab Kuch chlta hai " has thrive many crimes and one of them is Adulteration.
Do we find anything unadulterated now-a-days? The answer surely be No. Duplicacy now exist everywhere. Branded ghee, petrol, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, tea, fruits, vegetables, cereals and many other products are fully adultrerated.
Just to have profit or in order to meet the increased demand, this huge crime against society is made everyday.
"Food Adulteration has become the order of the day and, consumer's education and awareness is the need of the hour".
Preventing Adulteration is not an easy task now. So if consumers want to avert themselves from Adulteration they should avoid a common mistake committed by most consumers i.e to blindly pick up any product without reading the label which includes many details. So consumer should keep the eyes open while buying any product.
Reports have come to light that empty water bottles are being used to supply well known brand names of mineral water.
Also, recently pesticides and other non-edible items were found in the cold drinks but no serious punishment was meted out and after the lapse of sometime, everything was back on track even the public at large was not worried at using these products again. So it is truly said about India that "sab Kuch chlta hai yaha".
If we want to protect ourselves from adulterated products and want to lead a healthy life then we should act at our own levels. If any such item comes to our notice then we should take strict action and try to spread the awareness.
Adulteration of food is becoming a very serious act as it can be very dangerous for mankind, so it should cease to happen as soon as possible.
