Are you at war with yourself and who you are?How long do you talk to yourself in a day ?Is self sabotage and overcriticsm a part of your life?Have you been suffering low self esteem due to continuous comparison?

Believe it or not but the journey of life is a strange equation of destiny, luck coincidences and internal aptitude. And many times it leaves us with a bunch of unanswered questions and unresolved mysteries that spoils our relation with others and most importantly ourselves.

So what is this race of excellence and extraordinary about? As individuals we try to be ultra-perfectionist with ingenious minds and perpetual determination. We plan our lives and fall apart if it doesn't happen accordingly. This belief that we have to live a flawless life with exemplary achievements is higly devastating.

When we are not able to meet the standards set by society or fulfill our expectations,we consider ourselves meaningless or insignificant. This constant search for social validation and social acceptance is extremely detrimental to our mental and emotional health. There is a need to prevent ourselves from being overwhelmed by this largely prevalent idea of being an accomplisher and 'brilliant by birth ' .A title that very few achieve.

This idea of 'living life' becomes a burden when it is portrayed by wide smiles, endless laughter's and persistent adventures. We need to understand sadness, miseries, insecurities are as much a part of life as consistent enthusiam and excitement.

Everytime we join a new path there would always be people who would want to pull you down. There be those who are well established already and have had a greater experience in that journey. But don't get intimidated by their presence rather for us on your own individualistic learning. This idea of perfectionism and excellence can be overburdening for a novice which can kill us from within. This is a part and parcel of life and is inevitable. Therefore its essential that we learn to deal with it rather that giving up in those moments.Emotional strenth is one of the most essential elements to live a happy life.

How many of us post a picture of ourselves crying or higlight our failures? There should be no shame in acknowledging that we all fall and fail. Its normal,it's natural and it enriches our lives .It's okay to be a part of the crowd,to be unnoticed,to be complacent,to take a break,to just breathe for a while.Mediocrity is not a crime and ordinary is also beautiful.
