We all have heard terms like artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning in our day to day lives and would have wondered, what exactly are they, how they differ from each other and what purpose do they serve or who works with these technologies? So today i will be clearing all your doubts and will also tell the difference between these technical terms.

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence is basically the field of computer science which emphasizes on the creation of intelligent machines which can work and react like humans or we can say that the study and design of intelligent bots where an intelligent bot is a system that analysis its environment and takes actions which maximize its chances of success.

Artificial intelligence is a science and an approach for developing technology in the fields of image processing, signal processing, natural language processing, databases and etc. And machine learning and deep learning are basically a subset of Artificial intelligence.

Machine learning

Machine learning is basically the subset of artificial intelligence, where we teach a machine how to make decisions with the help of input data or we can say that Machine learning is a core sub-area of artificial intelligence where we program computers in such a way to get them into a mode of self-learning without being explicitly programmed. When these computers are exposed to new data then these computers programs learn, grow, change, and develop by themselves.

Machine learning focuses onthe flexibilityof machines to receivea collectionof informationand learn for themselvesthey modifyalgorithms as they learnmoreregardingthe knowledgethat they are processing.

Deep learning

Deep learning is the subset of machine learning where we develop intelligent algorithms which mimic human brain that means in deep learning artificial neurons are made which works in the same way as biological neurons. So to implement deep learning we have to create artificial neural networks and these artificial neural networks comprise of an input layer, a hidden layer and an output layer so all the inputs are received from input layer and processing is done in the hidden layer and the final output is received through output layer.

Neural networks are a series of algorithms based on the human brain which means that neural networks work in the same ways as the brain, the way our brain can recognize patterns and help us categorize and classify information, neural networks perform the same for computers.

So i guess by now all your doubts about these terms are cleared and now you are aware of there modern technologies.
