Milk Products: cows milk, goats milk, milk biscuits, powdered milk etc. It contains proteins,carbohydrates, fats which helps our body for better growth and functionality.

Proteins: Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly madeof protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes,hormones, and other body chemicals. Proteins an important building block of bones, muscles,cartilage, skin, and blood. It contains 32% of proteins per 1 litre of the packet.

Carbohydrates: Providing energy and regulation of blood glucose. Sparing the use of proteins forenergy. Breakdown of fatty acids and preventing ketosis. It contains 48% of carbohydrates per 1 litre of the packet.

Fats: It contains 40% of fats per 1 litre of the packet.

Oils, fats and shortening: butter, peanut oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, olive oil, soy oil, cottonseed oil,in general, the oils we use in often will contain only fats.

Fats: Essential fatty acids play a role in blood coagulation, brain development and the regulation of inflammation in your body . It contains 14% of fats per tablespoon.

Vegetables: carrots, cauliflowers, cabbages, bitter guard, corn, cucumber, beetroots, peas,mushrooms, onions, potatoes, radishes, soya beans, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, chillies etc all these vegetables contain carbohydrates, proteins, fibres and fats.

Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats: Higher percentages of protein are found in hair, bones, and other organs and tissues with low water content. Here the protein, carbohydrates, fats content may differ for one another vegetable because some vegetable we will take it as raw, some we take it as boiled and some other we take it after its get cooked. It contains overall a large percentage of proteins, carbohydrates, Fats.

Fruits: apples, bananas, blueberries, blackberries, custard apples, cherries,
Dates, grapes, oranges, lemon juices, papayas, watermelons, muskmelons, pineapples, strawberries. It contains fibres and carbohydrates.

Fibres: fibre foods may have other heart-health benefits, such as reducing blood pressure and inflammation. Helps control blood sugar levels. In people with diabetes, fibre particularly soluble,fibre can slow the absorption of sugar and help improve blood sugar levels. Fruits contain 98% of the fibres.

Carbohydrates: Providing energy and regulation of blood glucose. Sparing the use of proteins for energy. If we want to do something we require energy it is produced by carbohydrates.

Meat: fishes, seafoods, poultry, chicken, crabs, beef, pork, bacon etc.
Meat contains a higher amount of proteins, Vitamins which helps for better growth of hair, bones, muscles etc. It is one of the essential nutrients of the body.

Vitamins: Vitamins and minerals are considered essential nutrients because acting in concert, they perform hundreds of roles in the body. They help shore up bones, heal wounds, and bolster your immune system. They also convert food into energy and repair cellular damage.
