What is Netflix?
It is an online video streaming website which is the most popular in the world when it comes to all the streaming sites.

Now let me ask you another question.

What is BlockBuster?
I know many of you may not know about Bockbuster Videos. Well, It was also a video streaming/rental site.

But even after being in the market way before than Netflix, It got knocked out by the Storm of Netflix.

Well you see, Back In the early 2000s Netflix had just begun it's business and was not much of a threat to the Video Giant- Blockbuster video.

BlockBuster ignored the competition in the market.
Where Netflix was growing rapidly by Changing rapidly and improving day by day, BlockBuster didn't do a lot of Stuff to counter the efforts of Netflix.

BlockBuster even went in a situation to Sell itself to Netflix. But Netflix Had completely captured the market by now.

It was Not a big surprise that Netflix denied the offer because of all the dirty tricks that Blockbuster had played in the past to do Netflix, (I am not gonna go into the deep).

As A result, BlockBuster had lost all its customers, it's sales, it's goodwill in the market, Thus causing the company to dissolve itself, Leaving only Netflix as the winner.

The BlockBuster Video didn't put a lot of shirt in consumer satisfaction while NETFLIX had put everything they had towards consumer satisfaction.

BlockBuster didn't consider Netflix as a threat in its early days, that's why Netflix had completely devastated blockbuster video.

That Is How BlockBuster Failed and Netflix still Dominates the Video Streaming industry.
