“Eyes shout what the lips fear to say” said William Henry. Every feeling which we feel is 1st expressed by our eyes. Eyes betray us in hiding any emotion & it never lies, besides all these eyes are one of the most amazing thing that god has given us, because of that we can view everything around us. It is one of the most delicate and important organ of our body. But we all fail to take care about it, and we take our eyes for granted.

These are some tips which can help to keep our peepers healthy.

1. Eat healthy

Fish- fish is rich source of omega-3 fatty acids.
Example- tuna, salmon, trout, sardines.
Fish helps to reverse dry eyes.

Nuts and Legumes- nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and also contain vitamin E

Example- walnuts, cashews, peanuts.

Citrus fruits- they are rich in vitamin C which is an antioxidant to fight age related eye damage.

Example- lemons, orange, grapes.

Leafy vegetables- it is rich in both luetin and zeaxanthin.
Example- spinach and collards.

2. Get a good night's sleep

It is very important to take proper sleep as it relaxes your eyes and prevent dry eyes and other health issues.

3. Wear sun glasses

To protect your eyes from harmful UV rays, choose sunglasses with both UVA and UVB protection. It gives you cooling sensation and prevent straining.

4.Devices and blue light

We are glued to our computer screens and mobiles for many hours and these devices expose you to high energy blue light which is very harmful to eyes.

— Keep your computer screen within 20"-24” of your eyes.

— Adjust lighting to minimize glare on screen.
