"Eyes, so easily deceived, might judge more rightly with lids closed, allowing ears and heart to remain wide open."

The problem is that there isn’t any outfit that a woman can wear without being judged.

Being in a college, I've noticed that people are often criticizing on what they wear to class. The basics are you will be judged either you are dressed nice or not. The shorter your dresses the the more extrover you are and the more you cover up, significantly you become a bore in others eyes. Yes the society is judgmental. It sucks. I’m not saying that everyone is judgmental, but a handful of people are. That’s the harsh truth.

Different people have different styles and tastes. Everyone has the right to express themselves and some people do so by dressing up. Some do not. Sure, somebody may have a style completely different from yours, but that doesn’t make them any less of a person than you are. Let me say women like to dress up for themselves, not for everyone else. Next time you see a woman wearing something that you are not loving, just look away. You may not like it, but she probably does.

Rather than focusing on what a woman is wearing, we need to focus on her great qualities. You may not like the way a particular woman dresses up but could love her personality.

Society may not accept but there are certain criteria fixed up for the length of clothes worn by girls which i tried to express through these pictures :

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan recently decided to pen a heart-rending letter to both his granddaughters, Aaradhya Bachchan and Navya Naveli Nanda.

He writes – “Don’t live in the shadows of people’s judgement. Make your own choices in the light of your own wisdom”. He also liberates them from the choices ofwhat ought to be worn, as he enlightens them, “that the length of yourskirt is not a measure of your character.”

The letter stands relevant for every girl, irrespective of their privilege. The actor signed the letter off mentioning that he wishes his granddaughters to, “set an example for women everywhere.” And we can’t help taking inspiration from it, and work towards making a difference in our lives, as well as women all over the country.

"Before you judge me life, my past or my character. Walk in shoes, walk the path i have traveled, live my sorrows,my doubt,my fear, my pain and my laughter.Remember everyone has a story. "
