“Leave my hair”, “why did you tell mom and dad about my fight?” And what a brother and sister’s life revolves around. They fight, they annoy each other, they protect each other they care for each other, and they have each other’s back unless one cracks open a shell which was not to be opened.

They share same family, house and childhood. As children they build dreams and as they grow up they help each other fulfil it. If you are lucky to have a brother or a sister, or both, you know what it’s like to love each other more than anyone else and be mad at this person because of some silly quarrel. Even when it seems like siblings hate each other, it’s not like that at all. Yes, they may not talk for days, they may make fun of each other, they may even play pranks on each other, but sooner or later there’ll be only love.

They are the ones with whom you could watch the sunrise after talking through the entire night and also dance in the rain till you slip into the puddles and splash in them too. Secrets, tears, and giggles – we all share together and I am happy that I have such a wonderful siblings. They are the only person, who can reach your hand and touch your heart. They understand me without words and support me no matter what. They are not Santa Claus, but they obviously know all the moments when you were good or bad. They are those friends to the spirit. With them, we can do all the silly things without being ashamed. We use frowns, winks, smiles and snarls instead of words and that’s wonderful with them. It's amzing that our entire childhood is based upon the amount of toys each of us got and who broke whose toy?

They are the craziest people in the world with all those mood swings which go out of hands in a second, but if they were normal, our lives would be dull then. No matter what we just love them with all their merits and weirdness. They are the only ones who know your flaws to add exaggerations to the stories we usually tell. When it comes to keeping secrets, they are the ones who confide these secrets for each other. They are the co-creators of all the code and sign languages. We can always count on them when it comes to mischief. They are a perfect partner in crime. Also going to the same school together is such a brilliant way to say that I have an older one who can be my one man army. Also that's how you are never alone even if your friends ain't there when you score low in maths.

Those with positive sibling relationships report higher life satisfaction and lower rates ofdepressionlater in life. Also in times of illness andtraumaticevents, siblings provide emotional, social, and psychological support to each other. Research shows that this support is common regardless of whether they live next to or far away from each other. Sibling relationships are authentic. Relationship between siblings is built on trust. It’s fiduciary bond. When one sibling is easy going and another is impatient, the kind of relationship that they have depends on which sibling has the easy going temperament. Sibling relationships run more smoothly when the easy going sibling is older than the impatient one, because older children usually take charge of the situation when they are with their younger siblings.

Often siblings grow up in the same environment, share the sameparents, and share common memories and similar experiences. Our siblings are our family tree. They are a part of who we are and that relationship is a shared history that makes this unique relationship invaluable. Friendships may come and go, but you’re stuck with your sibling. This relationship is oftentimes one of the longest relationships in a person’s life.

I used to get angry on parents and scream at them, asking am I not the only daughter because their attention was divided but then I realised nit only them even my attention increased ten times more then the last day. I love my little monster so much that I know she can even kill anyone if someone even dare troubles me and vis- a- vis.

Having siblings teaches us to share of course not the phone chargers and clothes and chocolates and food but everything else.

Just admire the essence of of this beautiully annoying bond which creates memories every second you are together. Your dear diary would go empty without their reference even for just a single day. This is the craziest relationship you never signed up for but you love it because you never want to end it. Even if you had a humongous fight with him or her just try remembering those days when you were happy holding each others hands and having each others back. Just tell them that you love them.
