In our everyday busy schedule it is tough for us to stay healthy and fit. We always wanted to fit a party or attend any occasion,but due to extra calories which gets stored in our body as undissolved fats prevens is from fulfilling our wishes.

Here are some ways by which we can stay fit and healthy:

1) By excercising:

How busy we become in our everyday routine always make sure to excercise whenever we get time.

Atleast for ten minutes we should do excercise.

2) Try to do Cardio:

In the above point I informed about doing excersice but the best thing to do is Cardio for 10 minutes .It instantly burns out the fat from your body.

3) Running:

It is a boon for you if you can take out some time from your every day work and run about 1km every day.

The more you sweat the more you will lose callories.

4) Climbing stairs:

This is a very good excersice for everyone who are worried about loosing thigh muscles and belly fat.

Doctors say the climbing stairs about 15 mins each day reduces about 3kgs of your weight every year.

5) Drinking a lot of water:

Try to drink about 4-5 litres of water. It increases one's metabolic rateand also reduces heart diseases.

6) Eat fresh fruits:

Fruits contains a lot of vitamins and ions which are the most important element in our body.

Try to eat about 3-4 types of fruits everyday.

7) Avoid Junks:

It is nor easy to do but try to avoid junk food as much as possible. Not only these junks will give you undissolved fats in your body but will also welcome some other issues which will be problematic.

8) Always be in your own comfort:

Tru to wear comfort clothes ,wear whatever you like so that you are confident enough to carry that on . This is what only matters.

9) Be happy:

Always be cheerful and happy.

Trust me uf you are happy and your mind is fresh enough ,no one can stop you from living a healthy lifestyle.

10) Communicate:

Always try to communicate with people ,the more you talk and communicate with people you will be happy and cheerful.

11) Always think positive:

Positive thinking raises energy levels , creativity,and productivity by as much as 30%.

Therefore always think positive.!

12) Trash your negative thoughts:

Keep aside your negative thoughts then you will automatically be happy and successful in life .

Throw your negative thoughts in the trash and burn them.

13)Write down why you are grateful:

Take out your time and write down why you are privilege . Always think and feel happy things in life which eventually builds more happiness in your life.

14) Sleep for minimum 8 hours in a day:

Don't skip your beauty sleep . Researchers found that when you are filled with negative thoughts,you don't get enough sleep.

Get rit of such thoughts . Now you know why people are always in a bad mood when they do no get enough sleep.

15) Focus on life on what you want:

Give yourself the most important.

We hardly talk about what our state of mind would be and how much happier and carefree we would ne while focusing on priorities to get the life which you actually want is the utmost important.

16) Focus on your strengths:

Try to realise your full potential by exploiting your strengths which is one of the best ways of finding happiness and helping to make the world a better place to live in .
