Recently two ladies -Kanaka Durga(39) and Bindu Ammini(40) created history by changing into first women to enter into this temple. They also tried to enter into this temple in 2018 however were returned away by the protesters. And now The Supreme Court has struck down this rule.

Kerala is also famous for its multifarious spices. It is often termed as Spice Capital of the World. Kerala export a number of spices and some of them are- Pepper additionally called King of Spices owing to its healthful price and recognition. Second is Clove- popular for its oils and it is added as a whole in the dishes as an added flavour and is adsitionally accustomed build perfumes, soaps and toothpastes as well. Some other spices are nutmeg, cardamom, star ainse, turmeric etc.
