1.You Must be your first priority
Yes, you must prioritise yourself. Do what makes you happy and avoid anything that hurts you or rip you apart. Don’t let anyone be on your way, be it your peer group

, boyfriend or anyone. Prioritising ourselves is totally different from selfishness.

2.Always smile and never hold a grudge towards anyone
A lot of people can hurt you and can let you down. Never let others action hurt you and don’t hold a grudge towards anyone and face every problem with a smile

3.Have a bucket list
Make a list of thing you want to do and a list of places you want to visit and try to do everything on your list.

4.Spend time with people who encourage you
Spend time with people who motivate you and make you happy . Say no to all the negative vibe and avoid all such things .

5.Follow your passion
Always do what you like rather than just settling for whatever you have. Have a goal and try to achieve that in life .If you do what you like then you will excel in life.so never settle for anything less than that.

6.Sometimes its okey to fail
There will be times when you will fail. Never be demotivated and give up because we only learn when we fail and these can be the stepping stone to success.

7.Go outside
Get some fresh air and a good dose of Vitamin D from sunlight. Give a break to all our gadgets and enjoy the nature.

8.Get active
Engange your mind and body in some activities like cardio excercise , Yoga etc .This will keep you more acive and energetic.

9.Eat healthy
Take care of your body .Be carefull about what you feed into it. Have a healthy diet and say no to all the junk food.

10.Give back
Give back to the people who were there with you in your good and bad days. Take care of your Parents , sibilings , friends and everyone who are important to you. Never drop a plan in the fear of being judged by the society because in the end its your life and you are responsible of making it pretty
