Its been almost 11 years since the Christopher Nolan Directorial Masterpiece "The Dark Knight" hit the theatres and we all witnessing the heart riveting and realistic performance of Heath Ledger as the Clown Prince Of Gotham. Over the years The Dark Knight Trilogy has changed a lot for me in terms of perspective and understandability. When I saw the movie for the first time during release I did not understand it, obviously because I was 8. And as I rewatched it again and again over the years I finally made up my mind that The Joker was actually right about humans.

Joker wasn't a pointless gun crazy maniac who just sought out to have some fun over others loss. He wouldn't accept it but he really was THE MAN WITH THE PLAN. During the whole runtime he just wanted to make a point that if pushed hard enough humanity will go to any extent and will unleash the Beast inside. As I grew older and actually started to listen to news and crime stories of what kind of people actually live in this world. I couldn't help but connect the dots.

Our world is dirty and it is a matter of fact. Humanity will go to any extent to get what they want. In the film to set an example The Joker pushed Harvey Dent soo much by taking away whom he loved most and made him fall into the trap and turn into The infamous Mob Boss Two Face.

In the real world this push can be anything from lust , anger , religious or even just an instinct of survival that can make a man commit horrid crimes like rape, murder or even a Serial Blast. What do you think motivates people to join terrorist organisations? Do you think they are not aware of what goes on in there and what they are doing is wrong? They are well aware but the religious or communal brainwash act as such a strong push that they have no other choice but to give in.

I just hope that someday the point Joker wanted to make proves to be completely wrong and humanity prevails.
