London has by far achieved a whole range of marvels and the irrevocable history of the crown still stands wearing it’s royal gown. The Royal family has given birth to a several new prince and princess, but of all, the biggest present of the country was no other than the eternally driven beautifulLady Diana. Di has always been my source of inspiration and a role model that I have always looked upon. In response of the Netflix series-The story of Lady Diana, has undoubtedly replenished my heart and soul. It has successfully compelled me to resume something I really love to do, Writing after months and years.

As said by the royal historian, “Lady Diana’s tragic death was not only the loss of the biggest fashion icon of it’s time, but the loss of a tireless campaigner”.Just like any other princess, Di too began her married life with an amateur sight, that was shy and gentle, and a subject of skepticism due to her lack of age and experience in managing the state. Her marital affairs seemed to grow complicatedwith every passing day, perhaps age difference between Charles and Diana did really cost a bit too much.

The toughest phase of a woman is when, the whole world values and appreciates her, except being loved by her very own husband. She fell in love on the very day, when she learnt about the Prince of Wales, Charles, but unfortunately, in spite of him loving her, he never really fell in love with her. I have always always adored and respected her decision to channelize her deepest grief , towards a better way of living and spreading humanity. Have you ever wondered how much immense strength and bravery it requires for a person to let go the biggest and most desirous parts of one’s life? On being familiar with her husband’s affair with Camilla, Diana clearly stated that her quietness must not be misunderstood as an act of foolish naivety and she is no idiot to be known. Marriage should not be necessarily considered as an institution that unites alike mind and soul, but it is rather to be seen as a step of togetherness and love. Unlikely, the matrimony of Lady Diana and Charles can be instead seen as a “matter of convenience” , that the latter sought to drape her with cloth of Royalty.

But she being the Biggest icon and news of Media, has less to do with her royalty and much to do with her bright ways of living life. She unfailingly and unwillingly too , always gathered attention and eyes towards her life 24/7, that at some point made her the victim of a virtual world and a photogenic story behind the lenses. Lady Diana was a charming young woman, who attracted the entire population of the world with her beauty and heart filled with kindness and compassion. The one of a kind was she, whose sudden demise shocked her million followers and brought a season of remorse over the country.The tabloids referred her as a bird inside the gilded cage, but her style of breaking free from ancient stereotypes, like, touching the AIDS patients to changing her Church statement of obeying her husband. The biggest difference between her ,and all otherprincesses was the upbringing of William and Harry, that has been done with sheer normalcy. It is not a surprise that, the country expects Harry to be a successful King , but before that Lady Diana has made sure to provide a grounded base of affection and compassion for her children.

The defiance of Charles, had cast the saddest clouds upon her, due to which she went into a state of isolation and was suffering from Bulimia.It not only devastated, but also reminded her of the painful and lonely childhood that she under went years ago. But again to the country’s amazement, she utilized her deprived situation by working towards the fulfillment of more humanitarians goals; She talked about diseases like AIDS,postmortems, eating disorders and more such. Lady Diana’s final act of claiming divorce, was the biggest of all changes.

It also led to the rebirth of the Lady and soon the golden headline of the Press again. Her conviction and belief towards a better happy world has immortalized her name and fame. She was not born out of a rose-glinted glass, but realized the essential values that one should instill in order to be a better person.
