• Depression is an severe condition of mental dissorder which is common in teenagers. This condition includes Mood swings,a feeling of sadness, loneliness, loss of interest in things etc. This can badly affect one's personal as well a social life . If one is facing such problems than he/she should immediately consult a doctor before it becomes more severe. one can find this problem if he/she find these symptoms- Poor appetite,sudden weight gain or weight loss, Insomnia (lack of sleep) or Hypersomnia(excessive sleeping), Fatigue or loss of enengy ,Suicidal thoughts , depressed mood, Lack of concentration etc. Depression can happen at any age, but often symptoms begin in the teens or early 20s or 30s. It can occur along with other mental disorders, substance abuse, and other health conditions. it is more common in youth now a days. According to researches and surveys depression is common now a days which can occur due to work load, pressure, stress but that does'nt mean it's not serious . Depression is of many types- Major Depression- This type occurs when you feel depressed most of time for most of days in week.some of it's symptoms are- feeling restless , being tired and without energy , feeling guilty . Persistent Depressive Disorder- If you have depression that lasts for 2 years or longer, it's called persistent depressive disorder. This term is used to describe two conditions previously known as Dysthymia and chronic major depression. some of it's symptoms are-sleep too much , feel hopeless,low self- esteem. Bipoloar Disorder- this is also called manic depression . it has sudden mood change from high to low energy ranges. Treatment- 1- Get a routine 2- Set goals 3- Exercise 4-Eat healthy 5-Get enough sleep By following several steps we can overcome our Depression.
