It is easy to find yourself lost within conflicting thoughts every now and then. It is normal to feel a compelling urge to leave your footprint in this world, and be burdened by questions you don't have answers to. Here is a piece of poetry I wrote that I hope relates to your volcanic thoughts and your heart's silent call for refuge.

I have written no stories
Not on the silent papyrus
nor on the hard stone floor
I have made no pact
Not to walk up
the thousand hopes,
nor to sit by the mighty shore
But listen, wanderer,
what do you seek?
A message carried by
the wind or a secret dug deep?
I have sung no song
A melody unheard
Hidden behind the green,
my path, unseen
A rocky stride,
yonder and here
of sly faith and embracing fear
But listen, wanderer,
what do you seek?
Your mind set free
or one befit?
Through the sliding night
and the rising light
Your piercing eyes,
and thirst so dire
I have spoken no word
Not to you,
nor the tide
But listen, wanderer,
what do you seek?
A surge of fire
or a mute saviour?
