Although, it is only May right now, ‘the wedding season’, will arrive, in the blink of an eye. During this season, not only are the companies in pressure but also the customers, themselves. They have to make sure that they have equipped themselves with absolutely the best of materials. Therefore, although I am only sixteen, here is a list of ten things, which any business, should be ready for, during the “hectic” season.

First of all, the cancellation of requisitions is extremely normal. Therefore, if someone cancels a humongous order, it should be your job to handle to perfectly normally. In these moments of stress, any normal functioning human being might end up making an error. So, it should not be chargeable. If you can make sure that your company provides error-free service, be sure to receive a call or even a recommendation from them, afterwards for anything else.

Secondly, it is important to check whether huge orders are being handled carefully. If your company or management, makes a mistake in a big order, it becomes difficult, to see a bright future. When marriage parties give a major responsibility to a company, it means that they trust them, and that trust should not be broken.

I know that it is stressful to take in a sizeable order just before the showdown but that would help in the friendship between your company and the customer. Tell your team to listen patiently to those purchasers, and to even make sure that they got everything correctly because no one would like a less - than - perfect wedding.

5. Do not feel irritated when someone asks for complimentary offers because it is only natural that they would think that they would be treated specially because of their special moment. As the eminent Alexander Pope had said, ’To err, is human. To forgive, divine.’ If possible, you can make sure that your firm, has something extraordinary, lined up for all these special couples. A lot of jewellery stores have started this, and their sales have only gone up. Is this not how Valentines’ Day works?

Sixthly, is yours is a catering business, you have one of the most important roles in the wedding industry, as no matter what, each wedding has to call a caterer. Make sure that your industry, uses different utensils for making vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. Beverages and desserts should not be placed together.

VII. It goes without saying that jewellery is necessary during this time. If your trade is jewellery, make sure of the fact that your employees are honest with the bride, the groom and their families as everyone deserves to look beautiful on their wedding day.

Eighthly, even if you have a small business, you need not worry, because not all marriages are taking place in extravagant families. Some families are not that well-to-do.

Second to last, if you own an event management company, you have a pretty big role to play. You have to be certain that your workers have not planned the event erroneously. You should even make sure that the parties involved are also calm. You could make sure that the place where the ceremony takes place, looks supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Your employees could make, brilliant use of lights. One mistake which is extremely common is the mix-up of flowers. A lot of movies are available for references. I reckon that your workers should be dressed in such uniforms, which align with the theme of the ceremony. Some families have week-long celebrations. It is necessary to look after the family, the entire week long. Make it a point that you check that your employees are strictly professional. Each of your employee should work, and should not mingle or even gossip with anyone who is a part of the ceremony, anyhow. The music is also equally important because no one can bear to listen to music which is of a bad taste.

Last but not least, if anything deviates from the plan, you need to be anxious. You and your company should be skilled enough to come up with something on spot. You have to be confident of your and the skills of your co-workers because, at the end of the day, confidence is key! If you and your company can unanimously come to the conclusion that something was a success, it is best to leave it at that.
