The modern world is so fast and so is its life. Everyone of us is so busy in addition luxuries to our life that we don't bother to care about our children, our parents and ourselves too. Stress is state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. Stress is nothing more than one of the self induced problems that our modern lifestyle causes to us. A study found that more than 64% of people are suffering from unnecessary stress and hypertension in the world. As a result many of us are getting various health ailments at a younger age. Unnecessary pressurising ourselves to work morr and more so as to make our lives easy is not doing any good for any of us. In order to get over this problem, most of us resort to medication, which instead of relieving us, just add more and more bills for us to pay. Also this medication has its side effects one day or the other which worsens our condition.

Stressbuster can be anything, any activity, a hobby or way of doing something that gives one immense pleasure and that doesn't require some exogenous pressure to perform such thing. Stressbusters relieve all the stress of persons and make them fresh and happy to do their work. For example- some people listen to songs while they are in deep stress, some practice dance moves, some go on a walk, in a gym, in a park, some prefer to sit and sing alone and many more. Everyone has their own style of relaxing themselves and feel light. The recent trend among the students is to watch different web shows so as to lighten up their mind. Having a stressbuster helps in adding colors to your success.

Be honest in using Stressbusters-

It is good to have some ways to release stress and feel light and happy but everyone must be wise enough to find their stressbusters and when found, they must wisely use it. Stressbusters give us immense joy and sometimes people don't want to get back to their work though they have been successful in releasing all their tensions and their minds are fresh. Everything has its pros and cons, so do the stressbusters. One has to be intelligent enough to use his stressbusters only as a remedy to release his pressure. None should use them as a source of unlimited entertainment. Though everyone enjoys their ways of lightening up their mind, yet many of them suffer as they have been using them unwisely. It is found that many students resort to listening songs don't realise that they have created it a habit of them. They have devoted themselves wholly to songs that they can't spend an hour without listen to music.

Stressbusters are good and helpful until it becomes a habit. We must act like a miser in using our stressbusters. Enjoying stress buster for the sake of remedy is an intelligent act but using it for the sake of fun or unlimited entertainment is a foolish act.
