This is the story of two boys from IIT Bombay: Ankit Bhati and Bhavish Aggarwal
bhavish was in Banglore for an internship,he took the cab from the office to his home where he and driver have argument over the fare this make bhavish so angry that he got off to the cab during that course of time entrepreneurship conclave often organized by the IIT Bombay and these two used to attend that conclave from there they thought of opening their own business. they thought of many ideas and one idea they find easy is opening their own travel agency.they started their travel agency business by organizing the tour during weekends up to Lonavala.

The main challenge was there to digitalize their business:Ankit Bhati has the solution for it as lavish contacted local taxi driver across Bombay, Bhavesh was busy in bringing the technology into it as he started making online id cards for the cab drivers he also introduced light application so that customer doesn't find it difficult to book the cab but journey wasn't that easy they would had thought. during commonwealth games, they use to share their pamphlet so that to advertise their idea. soon they have been successful in attracting some traffic into their website but problems don't end here, their website was manual so anyone can go to the website and can book the cab but the problem was the reliability of customer soon they launched their light application of ola which was fully automated and these automation has brought such revolution into their startup that it became the fastest growing unicorn or one billion valuation company.

After exploring and writing success story in India they started exploring their business internationally countries like UK, NewZealand, Australia they find the potential customer in them. their expansion rate so much high is that total distance covered by all the ola cab is ten times the distance between earth and moon.

Now, what makes ola successful?

The reason why ola is so much success because they realized that in India almost every city faces traffic jams in order to provide traffic less environment they started their business.

They boost their cab services through the discount and referrals.

They attracted more cab owners by giving the highest incentives during that course of time.

After gaining the potential drivers and customers they explored the market.

ola is a great example of how to attract and build your market and then exploit it with your own terms.
