The breaking bad of the chemistry professor happened gradually and one of the ways we could see it happening was through his words. So here are 10 of the most badass dialogues of Walter White.
Season 1, Episode 6:
“This isn't meth.”
When Tuco Salamanca beats up Jesse and steals the meth from him, Walter White decides to avenge the situation. This is, when he walks into Tuco’s office with what Tuco thinks is meth, and then to show him what he can do, Walter White reveals that it is not meth, but fulminated mercury, an explosive material and then destroys most of Tuco's office with it. This is the first time we see Walter White is not someone to bemessed with.
Season 2, episode 2:
“You’re an insane, degenerate piece of filth, and you deserve to die.”
When Tuco captures him and Jesse and they plan to escape by killing him, these are the words that Walter says to Tuco. This was something far more powerful and courageous to say because at that moment Tuco had an automatic gun in his hand.
Season 2, episode 10:
“Stay out of my territory.”
When Walter sees two men shopping for materials that are used for making meth, he walks up to them and utters these words as a clear warning, and makes them leave his territory.
Season 3, episode 12:

This where he is trying to save Jesse. After running over a drug dealer with his car and shooting another in the head, this one word he says to Jesse, was enough sent us in amazement and shock.
Season 4, episode 6:
“I am not in danger, I am the danger.”
When Skylar hears the news of a drug cook getting shot in the face on opening his door, she asks Walter if he's going to be safe. To this, Walter's reply is what made this scene become so huge with the most famous and badass quote of the series. He says, “No, you clearly don't know who you're talking to, so let me clue you in. I am not in danger, Skyler. I AM the danger. A guy opens his door and gets shot and you think that of me? No. I am the one who knocks."
Season 5, episode 1:
“Because I say so.”
After killing Gus Fring, Walter had become far more confident and bad, seeing he could so successfully eliminate his biggest threat. So after they carry out the plan to damage evidences with magnets, Mike asks him how he was so sure that it would all work out. To that, he answers, “Because I say so.”
Season 5, episode 6:
“I'm in the empire business.”
He explains Jesse about how he had to step down from his company 'Gray Matter’, with just $5000 worth of his share and now that company was worth billions, telling him about taking the loss on something when he deserved far more. Jesse tells him that cooking meth isn't the same thing. Walter says to him, “You asked me if I was in the meth business or the money business. Neither. I'm in the empire business.”
Season 5, episode 7:
“Say my name.”
It'll be wrong to still call him Walter, if I'm talking about this quote. So, this is where Heisenberg, now a great mind in the drug empire, who killed Gus Fring and set up the biggest meth business, tells the hardened criminals standing in front of him to say his name. “You're Heisenberg,” their reply comes.
Heisenberg: “You're goddamn right.”
After “I am the danger… I am the one who knocks”, this is what became the next most badass quote of the series and something that ‘Breaking Bad’ gets identified by.
Season 5, episode 9:
“If that's true, if you don't know who I am, then maybe your best course would be to tread lightly.”
These words from Walter are an absolute mixture of his threat and sadness, as he tells them Hank, when he finds out Walter’s truth.

"I did it for me. I liked it. I was good at it. And I was really... I was alive."
