One fine day you took a pot
And planted a seed unknown.
You wondered what it would to be:
To have one beautiful flower grown.
So you started watering the seed
Till seedlings began to peep.
You got excited and happy
And knew it was a plant you'd forever keep.
Day and night, in and out
You came to see it in snow and rain.
And you fell in love with it
Until the real part began.
Thorns showed up instead of flowers.
But you held on and didn't give up.
But it started hurting you now,
Every time you got close enough.
Then you said to yourself "This is it,
I wish this was a plant I'd never grew".
And you left it to grow in the wild ,
Just when the roses were about to bloom.
