Have you ever wondered what is the necessity to pray and what is the purpose of devotion? The nourishment to the soul can be provided by good people, food, clothing and shelter as well. Then what role does prayer and worship play? The play a vital role in enhancing our moral strength and spiritual thoughts without which it would be difficult to face the problems of life.

But that doesn’t mean that only prayer and worship can solve all the problems arising in our life. Our worship should be accompanied by our action towards the reason of our prayer. God is not just a commodity to be purchased but only our inner thoughts and feelings can make us realize him and his actions and guidance for us.

When a man was eager to conduct a experiment on the presence of god, he analyzed five elements namely water, land, fire, air and sky. Even then he was not able to end up with a satisfactory answer. Later he came to know that god lives within everyone of us and he attains his own vision in us by his action of purifying our thoughts.

Through prayers we develop a eternal bond with god which cannot be put in words but that bond makes us stay connected to him in all aspects. Though they say all happenings of life occurs according to our fate, a good prayer filled with faith, trust and action can even rewrite our fate.

Many lose faith in god because their prayers are not answered all of a sudden. Here lies the fact, it not the prayers that are unanswered but our trust and confidence within us starts to subside once we meet with failures.

And now it is absolute that god is not a external soul but he is your own faith, confidence and trust towards your mission. When you feel like your prayers are answered that means that you have given your 100% in all the actions you take to accomplish your aim.

And through the prayer we say our self that we have all the capabilities that are required to accomplish our goal. In every prayer, we remember our self about our own personal strength and weakness. And in every prayer we fill and ignite our mind and universe with positive thoughts. As we all know “As you sow, so you reap”, we eventually end up with the result of our own prayer.

It is now clear that prayer is a bridge between your thoughts and action which nourishes your soul. And this nourishment can take you so far in your life when you fill it with good vibes and actions.
