Hurricanes Are Also Filled With Calmness

A hurricane is a severe storm formed due the pressure changes on the land and sea. Hurricanes are terrific winds rotating in a huge circle where the diameter can be of many miles. The force of the winds may exceed up-to 100 miles per hour causing destruction and damage. Hurricanes also include rain, lightning and thunder creating a terrifying experience.

But what if you could stay in the center of the whirling winds that is the “EYE” of the hurricane. You would be in an area of great calm. Generally,during a hurricane, the eye of the hurricane is the calmest place.

In every chapter of your life, you will be experiencing personal storms which are natural and which are a necessary part of your life as they help you to grow in life. Your each hard chapter makes you shine in your next chapter but these hard chapters will be of a hurricane velocity. They could literally be very destructive toward your mental health,physical health and emotional health.

Unless you find the calm center in your own personal storm that is the eye of your own hurricane.You stay there and get to realize that there is always a space for calmness in your personal disaster. Have faith in yourself,do not panic and stand firm in the center. Do not go near the edges,because that's where there is destruction. There is pain on the raw edges of the troubles so just be in the center as there will be stability.

It takes so much of courage and faith to go to the center of the hurricane that is your personal disaster. But then it is only through courage and faith that we can find calmness and peace in a troubled world.
