This needs a very great visualisation,imagination and analyzation skills.Starting from the first step

Just imagine and visualize the “real you” stepping outside your own body and standing aside,nearby watching yourself as you perform each daily activity. Visualize this technique until you get it very clearly fixed in your mind. You stand aside from your own physical body,detached and carefully watching yourself and studying how well you accomplish each task.

If you use your imagination to become your own ghost to stand outside yourself and see yourself as others see you,it improves you for recreating yourself as you can actually see what you are doing rather than being included in.

This is quite confusing,let’s use an example to understand better.

Your telephone rings.You watch yourself through your ghost to see if you answer your phone with a cheerful “hello” of if you sound irritated at the interruption.Your ghost is watching to see you if you mentally feel the goodwill to the other person throughout the conversation.Are you speaking with a smile in your voice?

Do you give your caller the pleasant impression that his or her phone call is appreciated ,and do you express your appreciation in the form of sincere compliments?Your ghost is watching you,listening to you and it will let you know how you performed this simple.but important,task of making each telephone call an event,not an incident.

Make a friendly relationship with your ghost.After all at the end,your ghost is YOU and if you can't have a friendly relationship with yourself you can never have a friendly relationship with anybody.So ask your ghost(speak to yourself mentally)”How did I do?”,”How can I improve myself?” ,”How do I deal with this?”,”Do I need more practice?” etc.Talk over it again and again with your ghost (mentally)but remember that your ghost is watching you and is being with you in every critical situation.

This will not develop the feeling that the ghost is standing beside you,watching you etc.It's only an imagination to yourself that there's someone watching you while you do your things.This will give you a feeling of self consciousness,but not awkwardness,fear and panic.

Being your own ghost will help you to know what you are actually doing and this will increase your strength and confidence as you can analyze your situation with your imagination and visualisation.
