Yogic poses for toned legs

Fitness is the new mantra to glow your inner self and the outer one too. And to your rescue comes the yoga. Yoga is the foolproof practice to redeem your lost body . So here are some great Yoga poses to enhance your legs and thighs.

Goddess

In this pose you need to stand on a mat and then stand in a pose keeping your legs almost like 3.5 ft apart and then bend like in a sumo squat manner. The knees should be aligned along the toes and should not cross them as toes are the borderline to form a proper angle.

Now lift your palms and then the hands to such an extent that the arms make a 90° angle with the elbow. Do this pose for a minimum 3 times.

Sage

This is a pose similar to the pose that is been done during side plank. In this just as side plank is done keeping your body sideways and joining both the legs on top of the other horizontally lifting. Same goes in sage when it comes to legs. What's different is that instead of the elbow the whole weight comes on the palm and the other hand goes in the air .After five breaths, release the left hand to the center of the mat, and roll open to the left for another five breaths.

Half wheel

In this pose lie on the back of your body on the mat. And then bend your knees resulting in forming an angle and then put your feet on the mat completely lifting your stomach upwards. The hands are to be kept on the waist after the execution of the pose is done properly , the pose needs to done for almost like 10 seconds . And one can do atleast 5 repetitive sessions of the same. The most benificial exercise to reduce the belly and abdomen. Thus resulting positive effects on the thighs.

Open extended triangle

The pose is a real healer to leg fatness and also a reduced to the excessive flesh that is generally occupied near the thighs. In this one has to stand on the mat and open their legs keeping a 4ft distance in between the legs. And then keep one of the legs straight and go down sideways in the direction of the leg that is kept straight. And the other arm to kept horizontally aligned in the air at an angle of 90° with the body.
