This clearly depicts that the child is having a trust on his father that he will hold him even if his father is throwing him to high. Here we can see one more thing that the father will catch the child on a very proper way only because of that confidence he is throwing him to height. From our childhood itself we have trust. Trust on our self, trust on parents, then trust on friends and it goes on.

Self-trust deals with the confidence we have in ourselves – in our ability set and achieve goals, to make commitments and also with our ability to inspire trust in others. Whatever would be the task whether it is small or big we should trust in ourselves. Only then you can trust others as well as the others can trust you. Sometime if somebody is giving us a very big task at least once we might have thought like cam I do it? This clearly shows that You don’t have trust in you for that work. Even if that work is easy definitely we will find it difficult to do that work. It’s a psychological process. Now, if this is the situation, how can you build trust in yourself?

Avoid people who undermine your self trust

There will be some people who will always de-motivate us if we a going to take a challenging task. The people who undermine your self-trust are the ones who use you or don’t want you to succeed. In simple words, we can say that they’re the “dream smashers.

Keep promises to yourself

Even if it is a very small task, promise yourself that you will do it.You should have a commitment for that. Only then you can show that spirit towards the work.

Speak kindly to yourself

If the faculty is coming and giving you an assignment during your holidays what is the first thing that we will be doing? Definitely scold them in our mind. With that impact We will be doing the assignment and even though it was easy, it will become hectic for you now. If you are speaking kindly to yourself you will feel that positivity in you and you can trust yourself.

A team without trust isn't really a team: it's just a group of individuals, working together, often making disappointing progress. They may not share information, they might battle over rights and responsibilities, and they may not cooperate with one another. It doesn't matter how capable or talented your people are, they may never reach their full potential if trust isn't present. However, when trust is in place, each individual in the team becomes stronger, because he or she is part of an effective group. When people trust one another, the group can achieve truly meaningful goals.
