Sleep is the best and reliable solution to this problem. Also, you would be surprised to know that we generally spend one-third of our life asleep. Sleep is important to remove cache and junk from our system. In addition to this, it reboots our system and helps in proper functioning of our cells, including cleaning up brain toxins and consolidating information into memory.

The scientific theory

It has been found in recent research that the fluid flowing between the neurons acts as a medium to remove wastes from our body. Also, while sleeping the movement of fluid is more in our body than when we are awake. Moreover, it's difficult to remove these wastes as it requires an enormous amount of energy to do so. Then how is this energy generated inside our body? Is our body capable to produce a whopping amount of energy?

Reason behind this

The reason behind the above scientific theory is widening of the spaces between the cells which further causes a greater flow of fluid within them. This widening of spaces generally occurs when we sleep.Thus, in order to work with full efficiency and to remove all those waste from our brain our body needs a sound sleep.

This is also the reason to cure many unwanted diseases related to our brain. Thereafter, we can see that there are more chances of cell rupture and brain hemorrhage to all those who skip their sleep and work during the night time. Indeed, they sleep during day time but, the best sleep for our health is at night. Sleep helps in cementing the things we have learned today so that, we could remember it for the long term. Also, it helps us in preparing for the next day with full enthusiasm and energy.

Deprivation from sleep could even have negative impacts on our mind. Rather than cleaning waste, it could clean or memory and we may face difficulty in recalling things.
