Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer.
-William S. Burroughs

Stress, tension, anxiety, negative thoughts, confused thinking etc they all are a part of our lives. We cannot fully throw them out of our lives but we can try to reduce their effects on our lives. It depends on us how we handle all these emotions.

Half of the time we themselves are responsible for our sadness because we let problems overtake our mind and soul. If we are facing a problem then we keep on thinking about it and this causes more stress and tension in our lives.

I know it's hard for most of the people to stay calm during tough times but this is all we need we need to relax we need to calm down.

What I learned from these tough situations is that sometimes things are just not under our control. We have to go with the flow. Don't think much just give some time and automatically your life will get back on track.

Nothing last for a long time, not even happiness. It depends on us how are we tackling all the situations. We have to learn that nothing is more important than our health if you are healthy enough that you can tackle all your problems all you have to do is don't let problems overburdened you.

We all have problems in our life but what matters is how we are handling our problems.
Whenever I face any problem and I am not able to do anything about it, in such situations first of I try to relax. When I find myself surrounded by problems tension stress, I go out for a walk and I quietly observe people near me.

There are people in the world who are in more pain as compared to your problem. So don't let this temporary sadness destroy your permanent happiness.

Stay strong stay happy.
"Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strength. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength"

- Arnold Schwarzenegger.
