The term 'Monsoon' stems from the Arabic word 'Mausim'. In India, Monsoons are debilitating with each passing year. They are appearing irregularly, for an instance, one year will encounter no downpour and the other will come across extremely high precipitation. It will rapidly take a leap from a dry spell to brimming floods. I am certain you know, that contamination, ever increasing pollution can directly be held responsible for such deterioration of Monsoon as a season in our land. The season assumes a vital function to perform in the Indian economic context. Since India is principally a country relying on agriculture, it quite naturally banks intensely on the season in discussion. A fair downpour is great for enhancing farming faculties, while poor or deficient precipitation can cause major disappointment concerning the yielding of crops. Thereby, straightforwardly influencing, inflaming and assuaging the economy of the nation, and the lives of the farmers here. Its time we take active participation in controlling pollution, for the betterment of our nation, her residents, and the word by and large. It is essential too, that in monsoon, we keep ourselves trendy, beautiful and safe from ailments that comes with the package with the arrival. To shield from sicknesses, it is important we practice proper hygiene, and enjoy the season of the rains to the fullest. Pleasant as it is, it also causes several infection. You could increase the amount of alkaline food intake, keep yourself hydrated enough, follow a neutralized diet that does not comprise much of oily food, use a plenty of herbs, and remember that fruits and veggies are a team that is totally a must! Watch out on your vitamins, and most definitely avoid arbitrarily consuming food from street joints. Better be safe than sorry, what say? Remember to take care of your hair and skin, too. I hope we all have the good senses to keep our umbrellas handy, and seek shelter from storm. As the season is already here this year, my prayers are two- The crops do not disappoint the farmer, and people while remaining healthy can experience the beauty of the drenched Kolkata streets. Have a happy one!
