Now, in this competitive world, it is really very important to be a productive person. One who selects from the chaos is the productive one.

So, here are some easy techniques to become productive-

1. Eliminate distractions

Whenever we are doing some task or any kind of work, our mindset should be fixed. It should not distract by any kind of noise or distraction. We should be fully connected to our task. Now a days, no one can live without technology, mobile phones. And it is the most common reason behind distraction. So, while doing work, we should always keep our mobile on DND or airplane mode. We should do only one work at a time.

2. Have a plan

We should make a plan for effective routine. There is a lot difference between having an idea and a physical plan. Most of the times, idea or the plan stay in mind itself. But when we write it down, when we make a plan, it is easy to perform/ achieve. We should make to do list.

3. Pomodoro technique

Pomodoro technique is a time management technique. According to this technique, we should break down our work into intervals. Traditionally, we should take a break of 3 to 5 minutes after 25 minutes of work. This technique tries to reduce the impact of interruptions on the focus and the flow.

4. Meditation

In busy schedule we are not having time for ourselves. Actually, we can make time for ourselves, for our fitness. For this, having a plan is quiet necessary. Meditation does not take a lot of time. It is nothing but to focus on our breathing. It reduces mental stress and anxiety. Also, it increases mental clarity and focus. Fitness is the approach to train our body. In similar way, meditation is an approach to train our mind.

5. Weekly to do list

Rather than making a daily to do list, we can make weekly to do list. It is a good processer to process our work. Nothing more, but we should prioritize our tasks.

6. Micro to do list

Along with weekly to do list we should have a micro to do list ready with us. Micro to do list is nothing but the list of activities which we do on daily basis. For example- activities such as workout, cooking, reading, self study, etc. Do batching of tasks. Tasks which we are going to do in identical mindset should be batched. By doing batching, our workload reduces. Work gets done in faster rate. By figuring out the peak hours of our energy, we can do the work more efficiently.
