Chocolate is the comfort food for one and all irrespective of age. Willy Wonka was the person who had the most innovative ideas about a chocolate factory (but honesty it was Rohl Dahl’s brains and Willy Wonka’s name). His chocolates and things made of it used to make the mouths of readers water each time.
I wonder, what if it was all real converted into a fiction.
My imagination takes me to a point where instead of snow, the mountains are covered with frozen chocolate which melts into glaciers gets churned by the waterfalls (actually chocolatefalls as they’d be called then) and flowing across those lands made of chocolate crumbs and cakes. Giving the required nutrition to the roots of those trees on which green candy leaves and candied apples grew.
The only citizens of my world are the little and cute Oompa Loompas, dancing and singing all the time. Well, it would be a happy and enjoyable city to roam around in.
There will be an end to agriculture, or deforestation for that matter of fact as the chewing gum meal is now a success and chewing gums with the tastes of all possible dishes have been invented. Most importantly, people don’t turn blue and round at the end of this meal.
Also, the people can now take out the miniature version of the chocolates while the advertisements are being played on the television.
With such a large variety of chocolate freely available for all the citizens to eat, the world would surely be a sweeter place to live in.
Looking up at the sky, all one can see is a traffic of flying glass elevators as it has become the primary mode of transportation for all the citizens. Each of them has thousands of buttons for different places in the city and a set for each room of one’s house.
No more dogs or cats are seen as pets, squirrels are the latest type of wisest animals that everyone wants as a pet. It not only shows her loyalty to the master but is also very active in sorting out and throwing waste from the home.
Now, I guess I’ve reached this imaginary world which is very far from the reality and the actual world is now calling me back. But how I wish all this could become true one day and we don’t have to silence our stomach with that one chocolate that we bought from the supermarket.
