Most of the world’s leaders of philosophy and thought attribute their achievement to their sense of curiosity which is defined as a deep desire of knowledge and to find truth about life and matter, why and how of what goes about in the world. Curiosity is of two kinds-idle and real.
The latter is responsible for world’s major achievements in different fields. Idle curiosity dominates every human being’s life with the exception of a few, who always moves about with a mask so that others must consider them as ordinary. The idle curiosity when we come out of our room and leave our study when we hear an uproar in the street, holds a mirror to our anxiety about our fellow beings, though verging on sentimentalism. Apart from that, it breaks the tedium of work, boredom spells and engenders in us new energy and then we go back to our work with a revitalized interest.
So that was the major point of me writing on this very topic. In today’s world there is a monotonous life carried out by the people working in industries and factories and all sorts of companies in the metropolitan cities. But when we take a closer look at these we find that there no amount of pleasure and curiosity for the employees. Their life seemingly loose interest in any of the work and activities and they find it hectic and tend to leave and switch frequently.
Why can’t we have a system wherein people are provided with such platforms that they are curious and make use of their innovations and carry out interesting stuff in the very work they are doing. This process will not just make the work easier but also make it exciting and lovely and will increase the feeling of diligence amongst the members even working in the bottom of the pyramid.
I would like focus on the fact that while budgeting of company why can’t the people provide the officials with the basic amenities of happiness. People are so drowned under the loads of files that they forgotten to think and act innovatively. With this I conclude my thoughts with a suggestion to maintain a certain level of curiosity and room for innovative mind.
