2.STOP BRUSHING AGRESSIVELY.
Most of people brush their teeth too agressively which is not at all good . Applying too much pressure while brushing can lead to bleeding gums ,receding skin around the teeth and pain in surrounding tissues. So take a little more care when you are getting ready for work.

So try to choose a correct and healthy brand of toothpaste to avoid this.

3.FLUCTUATING HORMONES CAN IMPACT GUMS.
It should not be a surprise that fluctuating hormones can influence the health of gums and tissues. At various points within the mestrual cycle, hormones sore and risk of bleeding gums increases. 4.MEDICATION CAN CHANGE YOUR MOUTH.

5.FRUIT JUICES ARE A BAD CHOICE.
