In today's modern era, people have also discovered a modern way of crime. Which are done with the help of computers, laptops, mobile, internet etc., are called cybercrime. In India, cyber crime has increased so that with the help of this, students are tricked up to terrorists. With the help of internet, any person's information is blackmailed and removed. And the fat amount is recovered. However, provisions of the Constitution of India for the cyber crime have been made in sections 65-67 and 71-73 of the Constitution. At the same time, it is also a person to investigate cyber crime, inspector level.

Regardless, this kind of crime is done in India on the day of income. In the case of cheating related to credit card in India, the RBI registered 13,883 cases in the year 2014-15 and 16,468 in the year 2015-16 and in the year 2016-17 during the period from April to September. In addition, 27,482 cases of cyber crime were registered between January and June 2017. According to the reports, there was a cyber crime every 12 minutes in 2016. In the year 2017, the rate increased to 10 cyber crimes every 10 minutes. Although the administration and the government consider cyber crime as a big problem, it has set up cyber crime cell for its prevention. But for the citizen himself to be aware and responsible, along with any kind of greed, be careful of fraud and other fraudulent things.
