Unemployment.

UNEMPLOYMENT is one of the most familiar problems that can be seen everywhere very easily.
It is a situation where a deserving candidate couldn't be able to find work even if he/she is willing to work.

Common types of unemployment that can be seen such as:

1>.VOLUNTARY UNEMPLOYMENT: It generally arises due to an individual's unwillingness to do the work.

2>.INVOLUNTARY UNEMPLOYMENT: It comprises of all the factors that abstain a suitable candidate from getting an appointment even if he/she is willing to work.

There are several causes that give rise to unemployment such as:
1>.ECONOMIC GROWTH WITHOUT SURPLUS EMPLOYMENT.
2>.EDUCATION: It is one of the most important cause. There still remains a fundamental flaw which is present in the education system in India.

3>.POPULATION: Due to the large population of India, the unemployment rate is increasing day by day.

So we should look forward to remove this via an effective solution like:
1>. Improving infrastructure in agriculture.
2>. Inspiration to engage in self-employment.
3>.increasing industrialization so that more workers can get a job opportunity.

Thus, a solution to the problem lies mainly in the change of mentality of the educated people. When educated people will come to realize that independent work is better than any service, the problem of unemployment would be solved to a great extent.

The government has started a very helpful institution for the benefit of unemployed people "The employment exchange" is doing good work in many big towns, many people have got employment through this employment exchanges.

Since independence, our government has been making earnest efforts to open various avenues of employment. It has started many schools and institution to train an educated person in various arts and trades.

It is encouraging cottage industries too. Certainly our government has gone a long way in providing employment to many, but still, a long course remains to be covered.
