1) Bhangarh Fort, Rajasthan

Situated near a popular forest, turning into well known. It is believed magician was in love with the local princess. He wanted her to surrender before him and casted a spell on her. He was well versed with dark magic. However, the Princess understood his plans and found a way to kill him but however the magician cursed before his death and led to the downfall of the place.

2) Kuldhara Village, Rajasthan

Village is located in the Jaisalmer district Rajasthan, India and its neighbouring villages were left deserted because of an earthquake. The place remains uninhabited because the Paliwals imposed a curse that no one would be able to re-occupy the village and those who tried to re-populate the village experienced paranormal activities.

3) Jamali-Kamali Masjid, Delhi

It is believed that God made humans out of sand and Jinns out of the fire.

There are numerous tales saying Jinns still reside within the walls of Jamali- Kamali. With the number of unexplainable phenomena like animals growling and abnormal feelings of around. Imagine someone watching you closely and disappearing when you approach them.

This beach is traditionally known for its sand which is black in colour and paranormal activities along the Arabian Sea. It is believed this beach was used as a burial ground according to Hindu custom and providing distressed souls a resting place. People disappearing at night, whispers heard are the incidents shared which still remains unsolved etc.

7) The Shaniwarwada Fort, Pune

Known for its downright architectural brilliance. Various spooky occurrences have been witnessed in fort. The story suggests that a young prince was murdered mercilessly here and that why his spirit haunts the place. Sounds of him screaming can be heard during the night.

8) Raj Kiran Hotel, Lonavala, Maharashtra

The hotel tops among the haunted locations in India. This room is on the ground floor behind the reception area. Guests have experienced bizarre things. These days the room is not allotted to any guest unless it is really required.

9) D’Souza Chawl, Mumbai

It is said that a woman fell into the well and died due to an unwanted death. Since then, her spirit roams around the periphery of the well after the sun sets and continues to haunt the local residents.

10) De Monte Colony, Chennai

De Monte Colony located near St.Mary Road. John De Monte was a businessman and he owned entire stretch of that colony in 19^th century. Strange noises and unlocking and locking of doors could be heard from the colony when anyone dares to walk past the road.

11) Madras Christian College, Chennai

One guy got rejected by his love and committed suicide. So this alleged ghost visits the hall at night and sometimes in the morning. He cries, laughs and talks to his friends. People have heard his footsteps often.

12) Three Kings Church, Goa

According to reports, it is believed that the three kings assassinated each other over the church property and their spirits roam around the premises.

13) Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad

One of the biggest film sets in the country. Many “supernatural activities” have been experienced by the light men and had serious injuries, strange marks are left on the mirrors etc.

14) National Library, Kolkata

Apart from the rich collection of books, it is also known for its ghost stories. Around twelve labours lost their lives in an accident during renovation so it is believed the places is haunted by their spirits.

The place belonged to the Vas family and his two daughters Doice Vas and Vera Vas. An unknown assailant killedDoice and later buried there. The place has ever since been haunted by her spirit. Many researchers have the presence of disturbances and negative energy.

16) Wadi House, Nagpur

A minor girl was raped in this house; she couldn’t handle the shock and died, a few months after. The place is truly scary! The face of hers gives a depressing thought and with a supernatural imprint.

17) Bara Imambara, Lucknow

It is one of the grandest beauty of Lucknow. Numerous deaths due to famine have occurred and the affected ones where innocent men, women, and children. Their spirit still wander in the amusing mazes of the place. There has been the case people entering the confusing maze never returned back to their homes.
